Job description

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and evaluations.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home programs, and communication strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain complete, accurate patient records.
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.
