This full-time Barista Supervisor role at Jollibee Group is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of baristas and contribute to the exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Manage and motivate a team of baristas, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent drink preparation and excellent customer service
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of beverage quality and customer service.
Develop and implement innovative coffee and tea-based menu items to enhance the customer experience
Ensure the coffee bar is well-maintained, clean, and organised at all times
Assist with the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee shop or restaurant environment
Preferrably with strong knowledge of specialty coffee and tea preparation, including an understanding of different brewing methods, flavour profiles, and trends
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable experience for guests
Latter art experience is a must
