Job summary

Zuellig Pharma, Cebu Distribution Center, is seeking a Wave & Replenishment Specialist to ensure process compliance and smooth inventory flow for pharmaceutical products. You will resolve issues, monitor KPIs, and lead replenishment aligned with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree and a valid PRC license, plus at least 2 years in Quality Management Systems within pharma or life sciences. A focus on continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems in pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Desirable knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing, handling, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve operational issues, deviations, and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs and orchestrate wave picking release and replenishment to maintain inventory availability and service levels.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Inventory, and Client stakeholders to drive discipline, productivity and continuous improvement.

Purpose Of The Role

The Wave & Replenishment Specialist serves as the process compliance and inventory flow custodian of the Cebu Distribution Center, ensuring that warehouse operations are executed in accordance with approved SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities

The role is accountable for identifying and resolving operational issues, including process deviations and inventory discrepancies, monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs, and orchestrating wave picking release and replenishment activities to maintain inventory availability and service levels. Through close coordination with Operations, Quality, Inventory, and Client stakeholders, the position drives operational discipline, productivity, and continuous improvement to support the safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Required Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing, product handling requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Preferred.
