Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Cebu Distribution Center is seeking a Wave & Replenishment Specialist to ensure inventory flow and SOP compliance for pharmaceutical distribution. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Inventory, and Client stakeholders to maintain service levels and regulatory compliance.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and an active PRC license with at least 2 years in quality management within pharma or life sciences; Six Sigma/Lean experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with PRC license.
• Minimum 2 years in Quality Management Systems in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve operational issues, deviations, and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and coordinate wave picking release and replenishment.
• Drive operational discipline, productivity, and continuous improvement for compliant distribution.

Purpose Of The Role

The Wave & Replenishment Specialist serves as the process compliance and inventory flow custodian of the Cebu Distribution Center, ensuring that warehouse operations are executed in accordance with approved SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities

The role is accountable for identifying and resolving operational issues, including process deviations and inventory discrepancies, monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs, and orchestrating wave picking release and replenishment activities to maintain inventory availability and service levels. Through close coordination with Operations, Quality, Inventory, and Client stakeholders, the position drives operational discipline, productivity, and continuous improvement to support the safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Required Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical warehousing, product handling requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Preferred.
