As a Sourcing Specialist at Quantrics, you won’t just fill roles — you’ll fuel growth.You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Recruitment Manager and play a mission-critical role in designing and executing smart, creative, and data-driven sourcing strategies. Your goal? To build a talent pipeline that balances quality AND quantity — all while staying five steps ahead of the market.Think of yourself as part detective, part marketer, and part event guru — someone who can decode data, charm communities, and still juggle multiple hiring needs like a pro.

Responsibilities

You will have an opportunity to…

  • Be the first line of talent discovery — reviewing CVs, spotting potential, and feeding top talent to our hiring pipeline
  • Partner with our amazing Recruitment Specialists to match the right people with the right roles (Agent to Corporate)
  • Keep our recruitment game strong by tracking progress and ensuring hiring goals are hit — every single time
  • Team up with Events & Employee Relations to make sure our brand is visible, vibrant, and connected to the Qmunity
  • Own and manage our recruitment collateral, ads, swag, and sourcing tools with support from Comms & Procurement
  • Strategize like a boss — target passive candidates using cold calling, skip tracing, random invites, and digital sleuthing
  • Build lasting school and agency partnerships to keep our talent pool thriving
  • Manage and maintain a clean, powerful data bank for future-ready sourcing
  • Plan and execute epic job fairs, community events, and gov’t tie-ups to amplify our hiring presence
  • Take on exciting ad-hoc projects — no two days are ever the same!
Qualifications
