Job summary

PUMA Makati is seeking a Specialist, Operations Digital Product Solutions to strengthen our Software Quality Assurance for PLM applications. You will perform UI, sanity, functional, component and end-to-end testing, and create test data and plans.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, manage access rights and provide 1st/2nd level support, while adapting to continuous change and tight deadlines. Degree in CS or related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• Perform UI, sanity, functional, component and end-to-end testing.
• Create well-defined test scenarios and test data.
• Plan, estimate and prioritize testing activities.
• Identify, record and document defects accurately and correctly.
• Analyze automated regression tests and give feedback to development team on how to improve.
• Manage user access rights and e-mail notification.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for PLM applications.
• Able to work effectively with continuous change requirements and short deadlines under minimum supervision.
