Job summary

Puma is seeking a Specialist, Operations Digital Product Solutions in Metro Manila with a strong background in software quality assurance. The role focuses on UI and end-to-end testing, creating test scenarios, and managing defects while supporting PLM applications within a dynamic, multicultural team.

The candidate will plan and prioritize testing activities, collaborate with developers, and adapt to changing requirements under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• UI, sanity, functional, component and end-to-end testing experience.
• Ability to create test data, test plans and test cases.
• Experience identifying, recording and documenting defects with accuracy.

• Perform UI, sanity, functional, component and end-to-end testing.

• Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
• Identify, record and document defects accurately.
• Analyze automated regression tests and give feedback to development team on how to improve.
• Manage user access rights and e-mail notification.
• Ensure test environment data is in sync with LIVE data.
• Provide 1st and 2nd Level Support for PLM applications.
• Able to work effectively with continuous change requirements and short deadlines under minimum supervision.
