What is this role about?
The role will contribute to the design and implementation of learning programs and solutions related to functional onboarding, reskilling, upskilling, competency development, mastery, and the execution of business programs/initiatives.
In addition, the role will conduct regular consultation and alignment meetings with internal stakeholders (department heads, immediate supervisors, employees, domain experts, HR Vice President, Learning Manager, and other HR team members), deliver or facilitate learning sessions as a facilitator or co-facilitator (including virtual sessions), work with external training providers/vendors/partners as needed, and engage in activities related to all phases of the learning cycle (research/benchmarking, needs assessment, design, delivery, evaluation, documentation, and reporting).
What will YOU do?
- Conduct scoping of learning gaps and requirements to determine the appropriate design, outline, timeline, methodology, and cost for each learning program by collaborating with department heads and employees.
- Create or update training materials such as training plans, facilitator’s guides, participant handouts, assessments, exercises, presentation slides, and other materials aligned with the learning design and curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Deliver or facilitate learning activities to equip employees with necessary knowledge and skills, including logistical preparations and program execution as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs by conducting research and benchmarking studies to support organizational objectives.
- Participate in discussions and collaborations with external training partners to ensure clarity and alignment across all phases of learning initiatives.
- Ensure training documentation is complete by organizing files such as agreements, evaluation forms, project files, databases, and references.
- Communicate the status and results of learning programs to stakeholders through timely and accurate reports.
- Perform other functions as assigned.
What will YOU need?
- Graduate of a four-year course related to Business, Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent from reputable universities.
- At least 4-5 years of related experience, preferably from Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, Oil/Gas, FMCG, or Service Industries.
- Proficient in Program/Project Planning and Implementation, Communication, Platform and Presentation skills, Stakeholder Management, End-to-end Training Management, Instructional Design, and Proposal Development.
- Strong interpersonal, relational, planning, organizational, listening skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), including spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
