Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines is seeking an entry to developing Talent Acquisition professional. Under close supervision, you will help implement staffing practices aligned with the company's Credo and leadership imperatives, support recruitment initiatives, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.

You will assist daily operations, manage recruitment materials, build dashboards on progress, and analyze staffing data for updates to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to junior contributor in Talent Acquisition under close supervision.
• Assists in developing staffing practices aligned with industry best practices.
• Supports leadership and serves as a subject matter expert in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Creates and implements progressive staffing practices that support the strategic vision.
• Assists with daily Talent Acquisition operations and onboarding materials for managers and new hires.
• Coordinates recruiting and onboarding program materials and maintains recruiting HRIS data.
• Contributes to recruiting best practices, dashboards, and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Builds dashboards on recruitment progress and performance for internal stakeholders.
• Analyses basic staffing data for Talent Acquisition meeting updates.
• Adheres to Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
