BHP is seeking an HR Privacy Specialist to advance privacy risk management and governance across HR. You will engage stakeholders, apply Privacy by Design, and ensure data security and regulatory compliance for domestic and international operations.
The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and practical problem-solving to translate laws into effective HR policies and controls.

The HR Privacy Specialist contributes to the development and execution of key activities including privacy risk management, stakeholder engagement, communications and awareness training, operational or strategic risk assessments, policy or procedure design, review or uplift, incident response and remediation to create value through process improvement and ensure HR data is secure, accurate, complete, up to date, available, and relevant for use.
