The Bank Operations team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Special Project and Support Officer.

In this role, you will identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes, oversee and coordinate ad-hoc projects, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress while liaising with key stakeholders. You will also implement strategic process improvements, collaborate across departments to streamline operations, develop tools to enhance productivity, and lead initiatives to centralize data, optimize system performance, and manage analytics projects from start to finish.

What the role will entail

  • Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.
  • Oversee and coordinate ad-hoc projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, prepare progress reports, and liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Develop innovative tools and strategies to enhance employee productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with departments to draft business requirements and implement improvements to streamline operations.
  • Ensure data accuracy by updating static values within systems and implement strategic process improvements to optimize performance.
  • Lead analytics projects, centralize data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and capacity planning.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelors Degree in Computer Programming, Information Technology, Computer Science and Data Science is highly preferred
  • Basic Six Sigma Certification, knowledge in SQL for data querying and reporting, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Office365 Power Platform applications (SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerBI) and a background in programming languages and protocols.
  • Experience in data management, reporting, and database management.
  • Experience with project management and using SaaS platforms.
