Responsibilities

• Support daily retail and commercial banking operations by maintaining accurate data sets in spreadsheets to ensure timely and reliable service delivery to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare update and validate recurring reports using spreadsheet formulas and functions to provide clear visibility into key performance indicators for banking operations.
• Analyze transaction data for retail and commercial products to identify patterns discrepancies and opportunities for operational process enhancement.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams in a hybrid work model to clarify data requirements and ensure consistent interpretation of banking metrics.
• Document standard operating procedures for reporting and analysis tasks to promote consistency transparency and knowledge sharing across the operations team.
• Monitor data quality for customer accounts and product portfolios by running checks and reconciliations helping to reduce errors and operational risk.
