Job summary

J-K NETWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY, INC. is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage Spanish-speaking customer accounts, collections, and outstanding receivables, coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, possess a relevant degree, and have at least 1 year of AR/Collections or dispute management experience, with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Conversational to fluent Spanish and English proficiency is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of AR/Collections, Finance, Accounting, or Dispute Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Spanish-speaking customer accounts, collections, and receivables with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.
• Process and monitor credit transactions, adjustments, deductions, and revenue reconciliation as required.
• Handle inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements or dispute resolutions within guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities, disputes, and communications.
• Provide documentation for audit requirements.
• Prepare reports on collections, disputes, aging balances, and account performance.
