Job description

Scope Of Work / Responsibilities

Specific tasks and service requirements on a daily basis include:

• Coordinate layout plans for relocation requests.
• Provide design recommendations, and assist in monitoring all space-related projects in alignment with established design standards.
• Work collaboratively with relevant teams for workstation planning, fit-out, and space allocation to ensure requirements are met within schedule.
• Attend meetings as required to perform duties; communicate instructions and tasks to stakeholders based on project requirements.
• Collect, review, and provide feedback on working drawings for all floor plans and space-related projects.
• Serve as custodian of all space documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Adoption and Change Management (ACM).

Requirements And Qualifications (Education & Work Experience)

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in space planning, preferably within IT-related or innovation-driven projects
• Bachelors degree in a design-related field (e.g., Interior Design or equivalent)
• Experience in both hand‑drawn and digital illustrations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to quickly understand instructions and translate them into visual representations aligned with project requirements and target audience
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including handling extended hours and working under pressure

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid work setup; onsite presence is required on an as‑needed basis
• The contractor is expected to be available based on the required frequency, as determined by the supervisor
• Due to the nature of the role, frequent onsite work may be required
• Work schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
