Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Compliance - SOX 404 Analyst (PG24) to join the Global Services Finance team in Manila. The role focuses on identifying, testing, and monitoring SOX 404 risks across multiple MRCs, collaborating with senior partners, and driving control testing outcomes across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will bring deep accounting knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive risk-based mindset to support compliant financial reporting

Competenze

• This position requires a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with accounting background for risk management and SOX.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow the J&J Credo guidelines.
• Perform SOX 404 testing and monitor/test for remediation with the SOX PMO.
• Test design and operating effectiveness of key controls and recommend improvements to Finance teams.
• Assess SOX 404 control impact for deficiencies and coordinate with process owners.
• Prepare analytics to support evidence-based decision making and present findings to stakeholders.
