Job summary

IGO TECHONOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Consultant in Manila to support global clients in transforming sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations through strategic initiatives and data-driven solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in sourcing/procurement consulting with strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills to drive transformation and technology enablement across organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related consulting.
• Experience in Sourcing and Procurement transformation.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and operating models.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and procurement optimization.
• Experience conducting process and maturity assessments.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in business case development and transformation roadmap creation.
• Strong program/project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sourcing and procurement transformation projects for mid-sized to large organizations.
• Define transformation strategies, identify opportunities, and drive innovation with clients.
• Conduct as-is process assessments and maturity assessments.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and procurement optimization.
• Support evaluation and implementation of procurement technologies such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, Jaggaer.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.
• Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to design transformation solutions.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.

The ideal candidate is an outcome-oriented problem solver with strong consulting, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Sourcing and Procurement transformation projects for mid-sized to large organizations.
• Work with clients to define transformation strategies, identify opportunities, and drive innovation.
