Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) seeks a hands‑on frontend engineer to build React/TypeScript interfaces for a Power Platform based product. You will own components from design to release, with strong emphasis on code quality and AI assisted development.

You will work within a small team following DevOps processes, contribute to PCF components, and collaborate across teams while maintaining performance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience building complex, data‑dense user interfaces in React.
• Working fluency with AI coding assistants, with ability to demonstrate usage and verification.
• Familiarity with Git branching, PRs, CI/CD pipelines and automated builds.
• Experience with Dataverse and model‑driven Power Apps, and PCF.
• Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and drop into unfamiliar codebases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain React and TypeScript components and interfaces for the PPM product — from specification through code review and release.
• Develop and maintain custom components for Power Apps using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Own the quality of what you ship: tested code, committed to a branch daily, and active participation in code reviews and PR approvals.
• Work within the established DevOps process — source control, branching, PRs, CI/CD pipelines, and Power Platform solution deployment.
• Use AI development tooling effectively across coding, testing, and documentation, sharing what works with the team.
• Diagnose and fix defects, reproduce issues, and work through unfamiliar parts of the code base.
• Participate in research and development: investigate, prototype, and share findings.

About the role

This is a hands‑on engineering position where you will spend the majority of your time writing React and TypeScript, building and maintaining the custom components and interfaces that make up a PPM product on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work from specifications and designs set by the Development Lead, taking work items from spec through implementation, code review, and release. As a small team, we want someone who takes real ownership of what they ship rather than waiting to be told what to do next — but the product direction, requirements, and prioritization are handled for you. We care deeply about developers who are genuinely good with AI coding tools, as they are part of how this team works day to day.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain React and TypeScript components and interfaces for the PPM product — from specification through code review and release

About you

• Solid production experience building complex, data‑dense user interfaces in React — component architecture, state management, and performance

• Real working fluency with AI coding assistants, with ability to demonstrate how you use them, where you verify their output, and where you have learned not to trust them

• Comfortable working inside a proper development process: Git branching and pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, and automated builds and deployments

• Working knowledge of Dataverse and model‑driven Power Apps, and either hands‑on PCF experience or a clear track record of getting expert on a new framework quickly

• Responsive during core hours, proactive about raising blockers, and dependable without close supervision

• Proactive self‑starter with a sense of urgency and good personal project management

• Fast learner who is comfortable being dropped into an unfamiliar code base

• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams

• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and reliable

• High degree of personal and professional integrity, including around security and compliance

• Tuesday - Saturday 5 AM to 2 PM Manila Time
