ERNI Philippines is seeking a Senior Solutions Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-enabled software using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI-driven applications.

You will contribute across the full lifecycle—from requirements gathering and architecture to development, testing, and deployment—while maintaining security, governance, and high performance in enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, CS or related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform.
• Strong experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder and Power Pages.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and optimize AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable applications.
• Architect and implement secure, high-performance AI-enabled systems.
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions with PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Prototype Copilot Studio-based apps and integrate AI models into enterprise workflows.

What are our wishes?

• Bachelor's degree or diploma/certificate in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.

• Strong experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and Power Pages.

• Demonstrated experience in architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, and migration of Power Platform solutions.

• Proven expertise in architecting and implementing AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.

• Advanced knowledge of AI technologies such as NLP, generative AI, OpenAI integration, and predictive analytics.

• Technical proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, or jQuery.

• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-enhanced solutions, workflows, and automations.

• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and iterative solution delivery.

• Strong understanding of solution architecture or enterprise architecture.

• Experience in requirements analysis and business process re‑engineering.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, CRM SDK, XML, JSON, and database engines.

• Prior experience in product management.

• Experience creating reusable AI components, best practice guides, and technical documentation repositories.

• Experience integrating Copilot Studio applications with enterprise systems and third‑party platforms.

• Exposure to AI governance, ethical AI practices, security assessments, and compliance requirements.

• Experience working in enterprise‑scale or hybrid work environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.

• Experience incorporating AI models into solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, API integration, and external system integration.

• Experience creating project documentation such as Requirements Definition Documents, Solution Design Documents, Security License to Operate, and Transition Support and Maintenance Plans.

• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor development teams in adopting AI tools and methodologies.

• Ability to manage significant technical activities and resources while taking ownership of delivery results.

As a Senior Solutions Developer, you will design, build, and optimize AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable applications that improve workflows, decision‑making, and user experience.

You will contribute across the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture through development, testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform.
• Design solutions with advanced AI capabilities such as natural language processing, generative AI, and predictive analytics.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and Power Pages.
• Prototype and deliver Copilot Studio‑based applications that improve user experiences and streamline operations.
• Incorporate AI models into business solutions, including data preprocessing, model training, API integration, and external system connectivity.
• Integrate Copilot Studio applications with enterprise systems and third‑party platforms.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, product roadmaps, AI governance, security, and ethical AI considerations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams in AI tools and delivery methodologies.
• Track client feedback and refine AI-driven features to meet or exceed expectations.
• Create and maintain requirements, solution design, security, transition, and maintenance documentation.
• Document end‑to‑end solutions, including architecture blueprints, data flow diagrams, process models, and AI‑driven components.
• Maintain reusable AI components and technical documentation to support faster development and onboarding.
• Identify improvement opportunities in existing AI and Copilot Studio solutions.
• Conduct system security assessments for AI‑enabled applications.
• Evaluate and refine solutions to support scalability, reliability, compliance, and evolving business needs.
