Job summary

ERNI Philippines is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and Big Data initiatives. You will translate product priorities into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology.

You will manage dependencies, risks, and test readiness, ensuring proper documentation and smooth operational handover. The role offers a hybrid work setup (RTO 3x, WFH 2x) and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Business Admin, PM, Data, or related field.
At least 8 years in portfolio/program/project/operations management in tech or digital initiatives.
Proven experience with cross-functional projects, delivery schedules, risks, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

As AI Delivery Manager, coordinate solution implementation from requirements to deployment.

What are our wishes?

A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data, Digital Transformation, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in portfolio, program, project, or operations management, preferably in technology, digital transformation, data, or AI-related initiatives.

Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, stakeholders, delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.

Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement, migration, or transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.

Strong background in project governance, progress reporting, executive dashboards, and management communications.

Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management practices, including project planning, delivery tracking, dependency management, and milestone monitoring.

Experience with risk, issue, and control management, including process reviews, escalation management, and remediation tracking.

Ability to coordinate resources, capacity planning, and cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Ability to prepare clear management-level updates, delivery documentation, and structured reports.

Experience working with business users, technical leads, data owners, platform teams, and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience delivering AI, Big Data, data product, or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience coordinating solution implementation for AI platforms, cloud services, enterprise systems, dashboards, automation components, or data-enabled products.

Exposure to solution architecture, data engineering, application development, model integration, security, infrastructure, or user experience workstreams.

Experience supporting integration, user acceptance, security, and performance testing.

Experience working in hybrid, multi-stakeholder, or enterprise-scale environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing implementation activities from requirements elaboration through design, build, integration, testing, migration, and production deployment support.

Experience maintaining solution backlogs, implementation plans, milestone forecasts, release notes, and operational handover materials.

Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency tracking, change request management, and go-live readiness.

Experience supporting executive or management governance forums.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or iterative product delivery environments is an advantage.

How can you contribute to the team?

As an AI Delivery Manager, you will support the successful delivery of AI and Big Data initiatives by coordinating solution implementation activities from requirements elaboration through production deployment support. You will help translate product priorities into actionable implementation plans, align business and technical stakeholders, and ensure that delivery outputs are properly documented, tested, and ready for operational handover.

You will work closely with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, platform teams, and internal stakeholders to manage delivery dependencies, track risks and issues, and support the build of AI and data-enabled solutions.

Translate AI and Big Data product priorities into implementation plans, delivery milestones, and build-ready work packages.

Coordinate requirements elaboration with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, and platform teams.

Maintain delivery plans, solution backlogs, and milestone forecasts for product enhancements, new modules, integrations, and platform-enabled capabilities.

Coordinate the design and build of AI and data-enabled product features, workflows, interfaces, dashboards, automation components, and supporting technical artifacts.

Track build progress across solution architecture, data engineering, application development, model integration, security, infrastructure, and user experience workstreams.

Facilitate the resolution of technical, integration, and delivery issues that affect completion of new or enhanced system capabilities.

Coordinate integration activities across internal systems, cloud services, AI platforms, and enterprise technology components.

Support system, integration, user acceptance, security, and performance testing by tracking readiness, defects, remediation actions, and sign-off requirements.

Coordinate configuration, release readiness, deployment preparation, and implementation cutover activities.

Maintain implementation documentation, including delivery plans, design decisions, requirements traceability, test status, release notes, and operational handover materials.
