Design end-to-end platform solutions that align with business objectives, customer experience goals, operational requirements, and platform standards.
Create solution blueprints, process flows, system interaction diagrams, integration specifications, and technical design documentation.

Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend solutions based on scalability, maintainability, operational impact, complexity, and long-term sustainability.
