Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks an experienced technical lead to drive end-to-end project implementations, review designs, and oversee the technical direction of new services within existing solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams and business partners, stay current with technologies, and drive critical initiatives to successful delivery.

Strong communication and technical leadership in solutions architecture are essential to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall implementation direction and review designs of existing solutions to identify improvement plans against the current reference architecture.
• Oversee technical implementation of additional services in existing solutions.
• Work with internal teams and business partners on propositions, solution, implementation strategy, and documentation.
• Maintain familiarity with new technologies, architectures and products relevant to solutions/systems.
• Be the point of contact for technical issues and determine courses of action for deliverables.

• Working with the other internal teams and business partners on the core propositions, solution, implementation strategy, and associated technical and/or product documentation
• Maintain an understanding of new technologies, architectures and products relevant to solutions/systems
• Maintain sufficient familiarity with the services business and associated application/systems requirements
• Responsible for the technical review of system level changes and provide input to plans/activities for changes to live systems
• Work with technical or business partners to get critical projects delivered
• Maintain great knowledge of the implemented technologies and products
• Provide project implementation support and define/refine practices to meet team's objectives
• Act as end to end technical lead for project implementations
• Provide a point of contact for all technical issues and to determine a course of action for specific deliverables.
