Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide design and implementation of scalable, high-performance distributed services. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business owners to refine data models and drive architectural decisions using Java/Go and modern frameworks.

You will lead development practices, evaluate tools, and work with enterprise architects to blueprint scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of combined experience in engineering management, system and/or enterprise architecture, programming, and software design
• Experience designing and developing scalable, high performance distributed systems
• Lead the system design and architecture of complex software systems
• Data architecture and modeling experience
• Hands-on experience on at least two or more of the following areas

• Develop and plan programs to educate teams on building high performance distributed services.
