About Polyhedra Network

We are seeking a Solutions Architect Lead to drive the adoption and integration of our Zero Knowledge Proof solutions across blockchain projects in the APAC region, with a particular focus on EXPchain deployments. This role combines technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities to help shape the future of blockchain technology.

About The Role

As Polyhedra's Solutions Architect Lead, you will act as a technical expert and advisor for Polyhedra's Zero Knowledge Proof solutions to blockchain projects in the APAC region. You'll work closely with sales and technical teams, focusing on deploying ZK Proof integrations onto EXPchain while serving as a bridge between our global teams.

AI Tool Proficiency Requirements

• Proficiency in using AI tools for technical documentation and solution design
• Experience with AI-assisted code analysis and optimization tools
• Ability to leverage AI for market trend analysis and technical insights
• Skilled in using AI tools for project planning and requirement gathering
• Experience with AI-powered development and debugging tools

What You Will Do

• Discuss Zero Knowledge-based infrastructure solutions with projects, conducting technical discovery and gathering requirements
• Collaborate with the Polyhedra engineering team to align technical solutions with client needs
• Provide technical guidance and support to business development teams during the pre-sales and post-sales process
• Lead technical workshops and hackathons to foster user adoption of the Polyhedra tech stack
• Assist projects on deploying their code onto EXPchain
• Coordinate between Polyhedra's Mandarin-speaking developers and leadership, along with the BD, Marketing and Management teams outside of APAC
• Make technical suggestions based on data collected from on-chain analysis, user calls and overall market trends

Required Qualifications

• Extensive technical experience in Web3, with a strong focus on developing and managing complex solutions
• Proven ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technologies with ease
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical exposure in Web3
• Experience in managing projects, supporting integrations, and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
• Skilled in leading client-facing calls with confidence, gathering key insights, and effectively presenting findings
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record in driving successful commercial negotiations
