Qualifications

• Cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps pipelines, and Agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and document comprehensive solution architectures for client standards.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor bridging client executives and engineering teams.
• Modernize legacy systems (e.g., Alfresco) into cloud-native, scalable solutions.

Role Description

The Solutions Architect role is in a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based in Taguig with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The individual in this role will design and document solution architectures that align with client business objectives and technical requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, evaluating technology options, defining integration approaches, and guiding development teams on implementation best practices. The Solutions Architect will also participate in client consulting sessions, review existing systems and business processes, recommend improvements, and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Qualifications

We are currently hiring across the following specialized focus areas:

• Value Streams (A2C & Servicing): Designing end-to-end customer journeys, order management, and core servicing workflows.
• Core Platforms (AHO & Claims/Alfresco): Architecting core business processing platforms and enterprise content/document management infrastructure.
• Governance (MFE, API, & ATG): Leading architectural standards for Micro Frontends (MFE), enterprise API management, and e-commerce/web frameworks.
• Financial Systems (Payments & Disbursements): Engineering secure, highly available transactional systems and payment gateways.
• Compliance & General Architecture: Ensuring architectural designs meet strict regulatory, security, and data privacy standards across diverse compliance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Define, design, and document comprehensive solution architectures that align with client enterprise standards and ITM's delivery excellence.
• Technical Governance: Establish and enforce best practices, especially within Micro Frontends (MFE), API design, and web platforms (ATG).
• Client Advisory & Leadership: Act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between client business executives and engineering teams to drive consensus on critical technical decisions.
• Platform Evolution: Modernize legacy systems (such as Alfresco for claims and content management) into cloud-native, high-performing solutions.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Embed robust security, compliance, and auditing controls directly into the foundational system design for compliance-heavy projects.
• Delivery Oversight: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight to engineering teams to ensure project execution matches design specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in systems/solutions architecture, preferably within an IT consulting, project management, or enterprise services environment.
• Deep knowledge in at least one of the core hiring areas (e.g., Payments/Disbursements, Claims Management, API/MFE Governance, or Value Stream mapping).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Micro Frontends (MFE), API gateways, e-commerce platforms (ATG), and enterprise content management systems (Alfresco).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps pipelines, and agile software development practices.
• Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial projects is a plus
• Agile trained (with or without certification) is a plus
• Exceptional client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
