Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in data center infra with 2+ years on Sangfor HCI.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale enterprise deals.
• Strong understanding of virtualization, SDS, networking, and cloud security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• SCSE or similar certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Sangfor-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and present customized solutions using Sangfor products.
• Provide technical guidance to clients, addressing their infrastructure and network challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure the successful deployment of Sangfor solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT technology, particularly in Sangfor products.
• Architectural Design: Design robust, scalable, and cost-effective Sangfor HCI solutions including disaster recovery, private cloud deployments, and VDI integrations.
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Leadership: Own the PoC process from end-to-end, ensuring that the Sangfor value proposition is clearly demonstrated and that technical win criteria are met.
• Big Deal Strategy: Partner with the sales team to identify "whale" accounts, providing the technical depth and competitive analysis needed to displace legacy vendors.
• Technical Enablement: Conduct deep-dive training sessions for our channel partners to ensure they can confidently pitch and deploy Sangfor technologies.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of competitors (Nutanix, VMware, Azure Stack) and provide the sales team with "battle cards" and technical rebuttals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise: 5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, with a minimum of 2 years focused specifically on Sangfor HCI (SCSF/SCSP certifications are a major plus).
• The "Big Deal" Mindset: Proven track record of supporting large-scale enterprise deals (100+ nodes or multi-million dollar contracts).
• Technical Breadth: Strong understanding of virtualization, software-defined storage (SDS), networking (SDN), and cloud security.
• Communication: The ability to translate "feature-talk" into "business-value-talk" for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing network and security solutions, with a focus on Sangfor products.
• Strong knowledge of Sangfor solutions, including NGAF, HCI, and others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Relevant certifications, such as Sangfor Certified System Engineer (SCSE), are a plus.
