Job summary

N-PAX Group is seeking a Solutions Analyst to design, develop and manage end-to-end integrations using Dell Boomi to connect Workday with internal and third-party systems. The role emphasizes secure data exchanges, system interoperability, and reliable interface delivery.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors to gather requirements, map data, configure SSO, and troubleshoot integration pipelines to ensure seamless operations across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop: End to end integrations using Dell Boomi to connect Workday with internal and third-party systems
• Data management: Flat file data exchanges, secure and accurate file transfers, and data mapping
• Identity management: Configure SSO integrations for secure user authentication
• Monitor and troubleshoot: Proactively monitor active integration pipelines, debug data payloads and resolve interface failures
• Collaborate: Partner with HR, IT and external vendors to gather business requirements and translate them into technical integration specs

• Design and develop: Support, build, test and deploy end to end integrations using Dell Boomi to connect Workday with internal and third-party systems

• Data Management: Handle flat file data exchanges, ensuring secure, accurate file transfers, and proper data mapping

• Identity Management: Support and configure SSO integrations to ensure seamless, secure user authentication

• Monitor and Troubleshoot: Proactively monitor active integration pipelines, debug data payloads and resolve interface failures

• Collaborate: Partner with HR, IT and external vendors to gather business requirements and translate them into technical integration specs
