Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor to CXOs and Enterprise Architects across verticals.
• Lead strategy workshops, advisory sessions and architecture reviews.
• Translate business drivers into multi‑vendor technical blueprints and measurable outcomes (risk reduction, TCO, regulatory compliance).
• Architect end-to-end, multi-vendor solution blueprints across Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud, Networking.
• Drive CoE live proofs and multi‑OEM integration demonstrations.
• Collaborate with OEM leads and SIs to respond to large enterprise RFPs/RFIs with multi‑vendor designs.
• Author whitepapers and reference architectures to establish technical authority.

As a Technology Services & Solutions Aggregator, we bridge the gap between global technology OEMs, System Integrators (SIs), and Enterprise end-customers. We do not just move boxes—we engineer multi-vendor, cross-stack architectures across Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud, Data Center Infrastructure, and Networking.

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Solution Architect to act as a primary technical advisor and cross-stack strategist. You will lead high-impact, consultative technical engagements at C-suite and senior IT leadership levels (CIO, CISO, CTO, Head of Infra).

You will translate complex business challenges into multi-Technology solution blueprints. You will ensure we act as Trusted advisor to our Partners/ Customers in an OEM agnostic manner ensuring we position the “Right OEM for the Right opportunity” leveraging our Center of Excellence (CoE) to demonstrate live, integrated solution stacks before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive & C-Suite Technical Engagement

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to CXOs, C-level executives, and Enterprise Enterprise Architects across BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, and Government verticals.
• Lead high-level strategy workshops, advisory sessions, and architecture reviews to map business drivers to holistic technical blueprints.
• Translate complex cross-stack technical jargon into measurable business outcomes (e.g., Risk Reduction, TCO Optimization, Regulatory Compliance/DPDP, Operational Resiliency).
• Architect end-to-end, multi-vendor solution blueprints by integrating best-of-breed technologies across:
• Cybersecurity & Identity: Enterprise DLP, Email Security, Zero Trust Access (ZTNA), XDR, IAM/ITDR, and Cloud Security.
• Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure: Hybrid Multi-Cloud Architecture, HCI, Data Protection/Backup, and Storage Management.
• Networking & Edge: SD-WAN, SASE, Edge Computing, and Next-Gen Firewalling.
• Break down technology silos by stitching disparate OEM tools into unified enterprise architectures rather than selling standalone point solutions.

3. Center of Excellence (CoE) & Live Stack Proofs

• Drive architectural builds and live multi‑OEM integration demonstrations within our cloud-native Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Lead High-Touch Proof of Concepts (POCs), Proof of Values (POVs), and Architectural Assessments to validate multi‑vendor compatibility and security efficacy for enterprise prospects.

4. OEM & System Integrator Ecosystem Alignment

• Collaborate closely with leading OEM technical leads (e.g., Enterprise Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Cloud OEMs) to evaluate emerging technologies and build integrated joint solutions.
• Partner with System Integrators (SIs) and Global Consultancies to respond to complex, large-scale enterprise RFPs/RFIs requiring multi‑vendor solution design.

5. Technical Thought Leadership & Sales Enablement

• Author whitepapers, reference architectures, and competitive battlecards to establish technical authority across the regional market.
• Mentor and upskill internal pre‑sales engineers and channel partner technical teams on cross‑stack solution selling and emerging architectural paradigms.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant Engineering field.
• 12-18 years of progressive experience in IT solutions architecture, technical presales, or enterprise IT consulting within a Value-Added Distributor (VAD), Global System Integrator (GSI), or Enterprise OEM setting.

Core Technical Competencies

• Cross-Stack Depth: Proven ability to design and explain integrated architectures across at least two major domains (e.g., Cybersecurity + Hybrid Cloud, or Network/SASE + Identity).
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep familiarity with modern threat protection frameworks, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands‑on architectural understanding of M365 ecosystems, AWS/Azure hybrid deployments, microservices infrastructure, and backup/disaster recovery architectures.
• C‑Suite Gravitas: Outstanding storytelling, presentation, and whiteboarding skills with the ability to command a room of C‑level executives.
• Consultative Orientation: A consultative mindset that starts with "business problem discovery" rather than product feature pitching.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to align technical solution design with commercial structures (CAPEX vs. OPEX, TCO models, multi‑year licensing).

Preferred Certifications (Any 2+ of the following)

• Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISM, CCSP.
• Cloud & Networking: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCDE/CCNP, or equivalent high‑tier OEM solution certifications.
