Job summary

Smart Save Solar is seeking a senior technical operations lead to oversee solar PV installations and project execution. You will manage engineering, installation, and technical teams, review designs, and ensure compliance with codes and company policies.

You will also drive project planning, establish workflows, provide risk assessment, and monitor performance and quality across multiple projects. Prepare reports and recommendations for management to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall technical operations and project execution of solar PV installations
• Manage and supervise engineering, installation, and technical teams
• Review and approve technical designs, methodologies, and project plans
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company policies
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop, improve, and implement technical procedures, workflows, and departmental processes
• Provide technical guidance, risk assessment, and issue resolution across projects
• Monitor project performance, quality, and resource utilization
• Prepare technical reports, evaluations, and recommendations for management
