Job summary

AFRY in the Philippines is seeking a Project Scheduler (Primavera P6) to develop and manage detailed project schedules for utility-scale solar PV projects in Manila and across the region.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, monitor progress, identify risks, and produce dashboards for stakeholders. This role offers exposure to a diverse international team and opportunities for career growth within a leading global engineering company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
• 3–7 years of project scheduling or controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 required.
• Experience in engineering/construction/energy projects preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define timelines.
• Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect status.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule analyses for stakeholders.
• Support project managers with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Review contractor schedules for alignment with project timeline.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards.
