MajorHeads Manpower seeks a Structural Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join evolving solar projects. You will contribute to installations across international sites, focusing on metal structures (fixed and tracker systems) and PV panel mounting.

Fluent English is essential for coordination with teams in Spain (León) and Ireland, strict adherence to engineering standards, safety requirements, and a strong commitment to renewable energy growth.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in metal structure installation on construction sites.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, Tower or equivalent tools.
• Fluent English for international site communication.
• Willingness to grow in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Support construction of solar installations up to 120 MW at international sites.
• Assemble metal structures (fixed and tracker systems) per technical docs.
• Install photovoltaic panels on pre-built structures with precision.
• Lay cable infrastructure in pre-dug trenches on site.
• Adhere to timelines and international safety standards.
