Bureau Veritas | Marine & Offshore in Makati, Philippines is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in design and design review for solar projects. The role focuses on ensuring electrical systems meet standards, project specs, and regulatory requirements to drive safety, reliability and performance of solar farm infrastructure.

You will validate DC/AC design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support FAT/SAT and commissioning activities to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical design review for solar projects.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and international standards.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Electrical Design Review & Validation of PV arrays, inverters, transformers, switchgear, and BOS components.
• Electrical Engineering & System Integration for DC/AC design, cable sizing, grounding, and protection coordination.
• Quality Assurance & Technical Compliance including load flow, short-circuit, voltage drop, and FAT/SAT support.
• Coordination & Documentation with project managers and EPC contractors, including design reports and compliance matrices.
