We are looking for a Software QA Manager to join our IONOS Cloud Quality team responsible for ensuring the quality of the IONOS Cloud Platform, one of our most strategic products. As a new leadership role, this position offers the opportunity to build a QA team from scratch, shape its culture and processes, and collaborate directly with development and product teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop a small QA team;
• Design, structure, and execute comprehensive test cases;
• Ensure high test coverage and maintain quality standards;
• Collaborate closely with development teams and product managers;
• Guide and mentor the team in understanding cloud infrastructure and the IONOS platform;
• Conduct regression testing of web applications;
