Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead our Project Management and Implementation Management Teams in the Philippines. This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring their successful delivery, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a passion for delivering high-impact solutions.
This role requires flexibility with working hours to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders aligned to Eastern Time ensuring smooth communication and seamless project execution across time zones.
SOFTWARE PROGRAM MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the Project Managers and Implementation Managers to foster a high-performance culture. Support their professional growth through coaching, feedback, and continuous learning.
2. Program and Project Delivery: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and company standards.
3. Strategic Planning and Execution – Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans. Drive project execution with a focus on agility, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
4. Process and Methodology Optimization: Implement best practices in project management (Agile, Scrum) and continuously refine processes for efficiency, transparency and scalability.
5. Stakeholder and Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.
6. Risk and Change Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and manage change effectively throughout project lifecycles.
7. Resource Allocation and Prioritization: Balance competing priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure team productivity and morale remain high.
8. Quality and Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet CXApp’s quality standards, compliance requirements, and client specifications.
9. Financial and Revenue Oversight – Oversee project financials, including budget management, revenue tracking and financial forecasting. Generate regular financial reports to ensure projects meet profitability targets.
10. Operational and Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones, and financial metrics. Provide detailed reports on project progress, revenue, and financial health to executive leadership.
11. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to streamline workflows, improve project delivery metrics, and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related field. PMP, PgMP or similar certifications are highly advantageous.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple projects or programs, preferably within the software development or technology industry.
3. Proven leadership experience with a track record of building, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
4. Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
5.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
7. Deep understanding of project management methodologies.
7. Ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders with tight deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
