This role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to the team, lead projects and resource allocation, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.The Team Lead leads project execution, supports the development of software engineers, ensures adherence to Solution Engineering standards and best practices, and acts as the primary escalation point for technical and delivery-related challenges.
