Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong coding experience in VB.net and C#, APIs, and systems integration.
Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers to achieve project, quality, and performance objectives.
Plan, assign, and monitor team workload to ensure timely delivery of customer solutions.
Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs and resolving complex issues.
Lead project execution, identify risks, and escalate as needed for delivery.
Drive continuous improvement through standardization and knowledge sharing.
