Software Engineering Senior Manager

Our client is a multinational Healthcare Technology Solutions company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business, Technical, and Strategic Products to manage project commitments in an agile framework; rapidly delivering value to our customers via technology solutions, Own the applications technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems, Drive design and development of resilient, reliable, scalable, and self-healing solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Ensure that all parts of the application ecosystem are thoroughly and effectively covered with telemetry to constantly improve the technical assets and monitor for regressions.
• Relieve the team of churn and waste by driving automation of menial task.

Qualifications

• 7 + years of managing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• 7+ years of expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools. A strong track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects on schedule and within budget.
• Extensive experience in hands‑on development and architecture design, with a strong background in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Work Setup

Shift: Mid Shift 2 PM-11 PM flexible

Setup: Hybrid, every 2 weeks (1 day)

Location: Cebu City (Cebu IT Park)
