Infor is seeking a senior backend engineer in Manila to advance AI-enabled capabilities within the CPQ engineering organization. You will leverage deep C#/.NET expertise and Microsoft SQL Server experience to deliver features for product configuration and quotation workflows.

You will collaborate with Manila and US colleagues on a mid-shift schedule, applying AI-driven practices and contributing to a mature platform.

Join the CPQ engineering organization to advance AI-enabled capabilities while strengthening an established enterprise product. You will apply deep C#/.NET backend expertise, Microsoft SQL Server experience, and practical use of AI in software development to help deliver features for product configuration and quotation workflows.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

Develop backend features and services using C# and .NET.
Use AI-supported development practices and contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities.
Deliver backlog items, enhancements, and defect fixes in a mature platform.
Work with SQL Server data and troubleshoot performance or integrity issues.
Contribute options and recommendations in technical and architectural discussions.
Review code, share knowledge, and support other engineers.
Collaborate with Manila and US colleagues on a mid-shift schedule.

Basic Qualifications

At least 6 years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies
Practical experience incorporating AI into the software-development process.
Experience delivering backend services, business logic, or enterprise application features.
Hands-on Microsoft SQL Server experience.
Working frontend-development experience using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a comparable framework.
Experience enhancing mature production systems and resolving complex defects.
Experience contributing to technical discussions, reviewing code, and working independently across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building AI-enabled features or integrating AI/GenAI services into applications.
Experience building substantial services or applications from the ground up.
Experience migrating .NET Framework applications to modern .NET/.NET Core.
Experience in framework, platform, ERP, CPQ, or enterprise-product teams.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience mentoring engineers or leading knowledge-sharing activities.
