Job summary

CriTech Digital Solutions Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to build and support .NET based applications. You will develop web apps and APIs using C#, .NET, and JavaScript, and contribute to PHP/Laravel projects when needed.

You will translate requirements into features, utilize AI coding tools to accelerate work, and provide onsite deployment support across the Philippines. A hybrid work setup with 3 days onsite per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field.
• 1–2 years of software development experience; fresh graduates with strong projects welcome.
• Solid foundation in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Git.
• PHP and Laravel knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or OpenAI.
• Willing to travel for onsite client support across the Philippines.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup: 3 days onsite per week.

CriTech Digital Solutions Inc. is a Microsoft Partner IT company delivering software solutions for government and private sector clients. We are looking for a Software Engineer to build and support .NET based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and APIs using C#, .NET, and JavaScript

• Work on PHP / Laravel projects when needed

• Translate business and client requirements into working features

• Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, OpenAI) to speed up development, debugging, and documentation

• Provide onsite technical support and deployment assistance to clients anywhere in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)

• Write clean, documented code and take part in code reviews

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field

• 1 to 2 years of software development experience; fresh graduates with strong projects or OJT experience are welcome

• Solid foundation in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with SQL databases and Git

• PHP and Laravel knowledge is a plus

• Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or OpenAI

• Willing to travel for onsite client support across the Philippines

• Willing to work on a hybrid setup: 3 days onsite per week
