Suno is hiring a Software Engineer to own direction and architecture on the AI Operations Engineering team. You will build agents, workflows, and tools that empower non-engineering teams, while evaluating third-party tools and scaling our internal platforms.

You will collaborate with domains like customer experience, legal, and finance to tackle emergent challenges. We seek 2+ years of full-stack experience and a track record of creating internal tooling that streamlines operations.

What You'll Need

Must-Haves

• You bring 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience

• You have a track record of building, maintaining, and supporting internal tooling or systems that streamline engineering or business operations

• You’re eager to learn and share agentic coding best practices and tools

• You thrive in an early-stage, 0 to 1 environment where the problem space is still being defined

Nice-to-Haves

• You’ve worked with agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) and eval or observability tooling (e.g. LangSmith, Braintrust)

• You’re familiar with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation platforms

Work Location Policy

This role is expected to work from the designated Suno office 5 days a week, per Suno's company policy. Full-time employees will receive competitive equity packages, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
