Job summary

AICines is hiring a Software Engineer for a fully remote role that serves a global creator base across streaming, tools, and AI pipelines. You’ll ship real features used by thousands of users and work across the live platform.

From day one you’ll be paired with senior engineers, tackle live problems, and explore frontend, backend, infra, or ML-adjacent work based on your strengths. Internals see growth through impact, not tenure.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in at least one modern language/framework (JavaScript/React, Python, Java, or similar).
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first team.
• Curious, self-directed and able to communicate technical decisions clearly.
• No prior professional experience required; students, recent graduates and junior candidates are encouraged to apply.

Your role

As a Software Engineer at AICines, you'll work across a live consumer platform serving a global creator base — the streaming product, creator tools, and the AI video pipelines underneath both. You'll ship real features that real users touch, not sandboxed exercises.

Day to day, you'll:

• Build and ship features across the AICines web platform and creator tools
• Work on the AI video generation pipeline that turns prompts into finished content
• Fix real bugs and handle real scale problems as the platform grows
• Collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers on production systems
• Open to frontend, backend, or full stack work — tell us what you're strongest at

Training, development & rotations

You'll be paired with senior engineers from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — frontend, backend, infra, or ML-adjacent work — based on where your interest develops.

Compensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands-on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.
