AICines is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to ship features end to end across the web and API layers. You will take ownership from spec through production, collaborating with founders and senior engineers on production systems.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with familiarity in React and a backend stack, thriving in a fast-moving, remote-first environment and ready to learn across frontend, backend, infra, or ML-adjacent

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of both a frontend framework (React) and a backend stack.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first team.
• Curious, self-directed, and able to communicate technical decisions clearly.
• No prior professional experience required — students, recent graduates, and junior candidates are all encouraged to apply

Your role

As a Full Stack Developer at AICines, you'll ship features end to end across the AICines web and API layers — from spec to production, with real ownership.

Day to day, you'll:

• Own features end to end — from database and API to the UI users touch
• Work across the AICines web platform, creator tools, and AI video pipelines
• Fix real bugs and handle real scale problems as the platform grows
• Collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers on production systems
• Make pragmatic technical calls with real ownership

Training, development & rotations

You'll be paired with senior team members from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — frontend, backend, infra, or ML-adjacent work — based on where your interest develops.

Compensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands-on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.
