Job summary

Nike in the Philippines seeks a Planning Analytics engineer to design scalable TM1/Planning Analytics solutions for global finance and treasury operations, partnering with finance, planning, and SAP partners in an agile setting.

You will build TM1 models, develop PAW/PAX reports, translate requirements from stakeholders, and integrate PA with data/BI platforms while ensuring quality through testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years development experience with IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics (Architect, PAW)
• 3+ years in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or Supply Chain
• 3+ years of Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX), including dynamic reports

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role partners with Nike’s Treasury, Finance, and Planning teams to deliver enterprise planning solutions. You will work alongside global engineering teams, data and SAP finance partners, and business stakeholders to design scalable analytics capabilities, while collaborating cross-functionally within a fast-paced Agile environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for an experienced Planning Analytics engineer who brings a strong combination of technical depth and finance domain expertise. The ideal candidate has deep experience with IBMCognos TM1/Planning Analytics and understands how to translate complex Treasury and financial planning requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions. This individual is a self-starter who operates effectively in Agile teams, communicates clearly with business and technical stakeholders, and demonstrates strong ownership of end-to-end delivery.

Key qualifications:

• 5+ years of development experience with IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics (Architect, PAW)
