Job summary

Arch Global Services is seeking a Software Engineer - Level III for night shift in the Philippines. You will develop, implement, and maintain software solutions to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of software engineering best practices and practical application.
• Extensive experience developing software applications on the assigned technology platform.
• Experience with source code change management and related tools.
• Familiarity with agile software development principles, processes and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of production support processes such as incident and problem management.
• Knowledgeable in reporting tools like PowerBI, SSRS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Agile Program Manager, Digital Product Manager, and Business Systems Analyst to translate stakeholder requests into engineering artifacts.
• Coordinates with software architects and senior engineers to ensure alignment with architecture and best practices.
• Completes software development work as part of Agile teams, including design, coding, review and testing.
• Offers suggestions to stakeholders on efficient approaches to achieve objectives.
• Manages engineering risks by proactive issue tracking and mitigation planning.
• Liaises with other project areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
• Supports business units in resolving in-depth user questions following production support processes.
• Maintains knowledge of new technology and software engineering standards.
• Provides input to roadmap and high-level estimates.
