Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer in Mandaluyong to build and maintain both backend and frontend components for our AI-enabled platform. The role requires independent execution, sound engineering judgment, and close collaboration with product and data teams.

You will develop robust APIs, integrate AI models, ensure code quality through tests, and contribute to agile processes. The position offers a hybrid schedule with two onsite days and three days remote, and opportunities to mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on software development across backend and/or frontend.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven API development and end-to-end system design experience.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record of owning features from design to deployment.
• Excellent communication of technical decisions and trade-offs.
