What you'll do:

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining userinterfaces for the applications. This position will collaborate closely with the Technical Lead /Software Developer, Product Manager, and Head of Technology.

Strong coding skills, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of modern technologies are keyaspects to this position, along with sound experience using Agile methodology to createtechnology products aligned with thetechnology roadmap.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Software Development & Design
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, with proficiency using Artificial Intelligence to code.
  • Participate in the overall technical solution architecture documentation while also owningand overseeing infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance, including monitoringand incident response where necessary.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with the Technology Team and other stakeholders to understand development requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Actively lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure project alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with the Technology Team.
  • Contribute to the Technology roadmap.

• Testing & Documentation
  • Ensure technology documentation is clear, well-maintained, and frequently updated.
  • Conduct testing and debugging issues, adhering to quality assurance standards and bestpractices.

Successful candidates must have:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proven track record in building web apps, API integrations, and using Agile practices
• Writes clean, well-documented code and maintains project documentation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Meets required technical competencies
• Frontend Development: Hands-on experience with VueJS 3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• State Management: Proficient in managing application state using Vuex, Pinia, or similar state management libraries
• Backend Development: Solid background in developing backend services using Node.js and Express.js or equivalent frameworks.
• Database Management: Skilled in working with PostgreSQL, with a focus on SQL performance optimization and handling geospatial data.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Hosting), GCP Cloud Build, and monitoring tools such as Sentry. Knowledge of API Gateway patterns is essential.
• API Integration: Demonstrated ability to work with complex third-party integrations (e.g., DocuSign, PubSub) and implement multi-platform authentication flows including Firebase Auth and OAuth 2.0.
• Version Control & Tools: Proficient in Git using feature branching workflows. Basic knowledge of Docker is considered an advantage
