Job summary

GCM3, Inc. is seeking a software engineer to modify and enhance our communications software, ensuring compatibility with Genesys PureConnect and Cloud platforms. You will lead testing, validation, and documentation while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes API integration (SOAP/REST/JSON), C#/.NET development, and unit testing. Experience with Salesforce routing and AWS is a plus; creativity and adaptability are valued in a fast-paced environment.

• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.

• Directing system testing and validation procedures.

• Directing software programming and documentation development.

• Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals.

Experience with some of these components in Genesys PureConnect (Interactive Intelligence) or Genesys Cloud:

• Telephony concepts

• Interaction routing

• Queue functionality

• Genesys Handlers

• Integration with Salesforce Object Routing

• C,SIP,SWL, DotNet with knowledge of SOAP and Icelib

• SOAP, RESTful API's, JSON, WSDL or similar technologies

• ICCE or similar certification will give you an advantage

Also desirable is experience and working knowledge with AWS.
