Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to design and manage multi-channel content strategies for multi-location brands. You will craft compelling captions, create engaging graphics, and leverage data to optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google My Business.

You will collaborate with CSMs, deliver monthly content plans, and stay ahead of trends with strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of customer-facing interaction experience.
• Excellent English writing with strong spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to work independently after onboarding.
• Strong critical thinking and judgment for action plans.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Proven track record of developing multi-platform social content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Curate captions and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google My Business.
• Execute content strategy levels, including paid boost campaigns to hit KPIs.
• Complete monthly tasks for each account with minimal supervision.
• Monitor trends and algorithms to identify growth opportunities with senior colleagues.
• Create reports on campaign performance using data-driven metrics.
• Track and assess efficacy of social initiatives against client objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or as directed by CS managers.
• Participate in weekly/biweekly strategy sessions with clients and CS team.
• Assist with onboarding and mentorship of new team members.
