Outsource Accelerator is seeking a results-driven social media manager to lead our client's US-based consumer brands from Ortigas, Metro Manila. You will own the Instagram presence, craft compelling copy, manage seasonal campaigns, and coordinate with the team to drive online sales.

The role emphasizes strategic posting, calendar planning, and brand voice, with potential to expand into TikTok. Experience with Buffer or similar tools is a plus; a portfolio/sample is required.

About the Client:

A US-based, family-owned consumer products company with over 20 years in the planner business, specializing in planners, calendars, notebooks and accessories.

The company releases new collections seasonally for both the academic and calendar years, making social media marketing, product copywriting, and seasonal campaign management key to promoting new products and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Social media:Owning their Instagram, including the content calendar, captions, posting, community engagement and performance reporting.
• Copywriting:Writing product and marketing copy beyond social. This may include product listings for their online marketplace accounts (around 5, such as Amazon and Walmart), plus product descriptions and promotional copy. The exact scope will be confirmed in the JD.
• Seasonal launch campaigns:Planning and running seasonal launch campaigns for new collections.
• TikTok:Possibly launching and growing TikTok later, so TikTok experience is a plus.
• No content production. Photos, videos and graphics are made by others on the team.This person decides what to post and when, writes all the copy, and runs the account to drive sales.

Who we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing brand social media, ideally for US e-commerce or consumer product brands. Stationery, planners, notebooks, lifestyle or gift brands are a strong plus.
• Strong copywriting skills. They should write clear, persuasive product copy in a natural US consumer voice. E-commerce or Amazon/marketplace listing experience is a big plus.
• A track record of using social media to sell products, especially seasonal or collection-based launches.
• Experience with Buffer (buffer.com) is an advantage, since the company uses it as its social media workspace. Experience with a similar scheduling and management tool, such as Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social or Meta Business Suite, also counts.
• Comfortable working to a creative brief and a brand voice.

Location and work setup:

• Work setup: Hybrid, with some days in the office.
• Office Location: Ortigas, Metro Manila.
• Can work PST hours
