Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Manage online accounts (TikTok, Shopee, Viber, FB Marketplace) and social media platforms.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale by helping clients maximize the benefits of the product or service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential channel partners, develop partnerships, and expand sales through indirect channels.
  • Create content, manage social media outreach, oversee campaigns, and nurture leads.

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of social media management experience.
  • Senior High School Graduate or higher.
  • Familiar with digital and social media formats.
  • Pleasing personality.
  • Computer literate.

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
