Helen’s Project is a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving mental and behavioral health access for diverse communities. We believe in the power of digital engagement to amplify our impact—and now we’re looking for a skilled marketing professional to help us do just that.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our Google Ads campaigns and social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves using data to drive strategy, and is passionate about creating meaningful digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and potentially Video)

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing

  • Monitor ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and track conversions

  • Manage monthly ad budgets and provide performance reports

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Monitor trends and insights to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth

  • Respond to comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with our creative and outreach teams to align messaging with current programs and campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Google Ads (Search & Display; certification preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage social media accounts

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills

  • Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

  • Excellent time management and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health marketing

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact

  • Knowledge of SEO principles
