Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our Google Ads campaigns and social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves using data to drive strategy, and is passionate about creating meaningful digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and potentially Video)
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing
Monitor ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and track conversions
Manage monthly ad budgets and provide performance reports
Social Media Management:
Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor trends and insights to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth
Respond to comments and messages professionally and in a timely manner
Collaborate with our creative and outreach teams to align messaging with current programs and campaigns
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Google Ads (Search & Display; certification preferred)
Demonstrated ability to grow and manage social media accounts
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Excellent time management and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health marketing
Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Knowledge of SEO principles
